Romczak – a forest ranger kills a deer with the violation of hunter’s code. Maniek, a local village boy is witness to this and uses this as an opportunity for blackmail. He requests alcohol, money and in the end forces Romczak’s wife to submission. Maniek’s consistency and brutal methods lead the ranger to a complete loss of faith in himself.
