Dramatic lead performances by Ewa Krzyżewska and Edmund Fetting.

The story of a couple who lost hope for happiness through their tragic wartime experiences and made them fear of any strong emotional involvement.

Michał and Wala go for a vacation to a small town in the Masuria region. They want to find out if they can live together, create a relationship. They stop in a small hotel but it’s not working out between them. Their relationship continues to be dominated by personal tragedies that unfolded during the war.

A psychological study of fearing solitude and happiness.
