A screening of the novel “Upiorny legat” by Joanna Chmielewska, the unquestionable queen of criminals and the most popular Polish writer.

Another, after “Lekarstwo na miłość” film made by the duo Jan Batory (directing, screenplay) and Joanna Chmielewska  (screenplay), combined with the adaptation of „Klin” made 14 years earlier through the characters and numerous elements of the plot.

More adventures of the two slightly crazy friends who, without anybody’s help, attempt to solve a criminal puzzle.

A collection suffering from a heart disease entrusts his young friend Joanna with a precious deposit – a collection of unique stamps. Despite numerous precautionary measures the treasure disappears at a small party that the woman organizes for her colleagues. Joanna and her friend Janka reach a conclusion that the thief must be among the guests and decide to get the stamps back in an untypical way, by breaking into the flats of the suspected men. They execute their plan, provoking a number of hilarious situations along the way. Eventually, it turns out that the collection had never been stolen…
