A Polish-Czechoslovakian co-production about the adventures of a teenager, who after being forced to cooperate by a repeat offender gets himself and his girlfriend into increasingly serious trouble. Written by multi-instrumentalist Marek Biliński, the score is a strong feature of the film.

18-year-old Pavel has had it hard in life. Coming from a broken family, as a result of hooliganism he ended up in a youth detention center, from which he ran away three times. He manages to hide is actual situation from his girlfriend Magda, who is convinced that Pavel works in another city. Repeat offender Karel Volf forces the boy to cooperate with him. He needs his help in order to escape to Sweden via Poland. During his getaway from a labor camp, Karel killed a guard and took his gun. In Ustka, the main characters rent a fishing boat from a fence called Okoń and take to the sea. Shortly afterwards, they get surrounded by the police. Volf tries to escape in a motorboat after taking Pavel and Magda hostage. The couple manages to jump in the water, Volf dies during the escape attempt.
